Question: Does the listed price include courier charges?

Yes, all prices include the courier / postage fees - the price you see is the final price you will pay.

Question: How long after I order will I receive my products?

All products, except the rings, are posted out within 3 working days of ordering.
As each ring is hand made to order, it normally takes around 3 weeks for you to receive the ring which will arrive by courier and will require a signature on delivery.
It will arrive in a ring box as shown below.

Question: Can I pay by credit card?

You can purchase any products with your card except for the rings.
We can only accept payment via personal cheques, bank guarantee cheques, postal orders, cash & money orders for ring purchases.
There is a 7 day clearance on all cheques - prior to manufacturing of the ring .
